Your stories

The goal for this space is to fill it with your stories. We want to give you a voice so that you can communicate to our legislators and to our neighbors the things that are most important to you. We welcome submissions in the form of writing, artwork, or videos in which you say why you care about issues such as health care, immigration, a free press, etc. Please make these about your personal stories, since the point here is to underline the real effect of politics on our daily lives. Please only submit if you live in the Roanoke Valley. We want to post things here and repost on social media to reach a wider audience.
